The PACER Case Locator (PCL) is a national index for district, bankruptcy, and appellate courts. The PCL serves as a search tool for PACER. You may conduct nationwide searches to determine whether or not a party is involved in federal litigation. Each night, subsets of data are collected from the courts and transferred to the PCL. PACER Pricing

It costs $0.10 per page to access case information; with the cost for a single document capped at $3.00. These fees are waived when users spend $30 or less for the quarter. Learn how these fees work and tips for limiting fees.

Search by Specific Court

For real-time case filings, search by the court where the case is filed. Use the Court CM/ECF Lookup to find the court's specific link or log into PACER and select the court name.
